This position works closely with internal teams and suppliers to help maintain smooth business operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.\nOur Team\nThe Purchasing team partners with multiple departments to ensure the timely procurement of materials and services needed to support business operations. By maintaining strong supplier relationships, data accuracy, and process efficiency, the team helps drive operational excellence and support organizational objectives.\nWhat You Will Do\n\nSupport procurement operations by maintaining accurate supplier information and ensuring compliance documentation is complete before supplier onboarding.\nHelp drive data-informed decision-making through the development and distribution of purchasing and operational reports.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.\nFacilitate the procurement of Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) materials to support uninterrupted business operations.\nMaintain the integrity of purchasing records and procurement data within business systems.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve purchasing-related challenges and improve overall service levels.\nContribute to departmental initiatives and special projects that support business growth and continuous improvement objectives.\n\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nExperience supporting purchasing, procurement, administrative, or operational functions.\nExperience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.\nStrong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\n\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\n\nAssociate degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.\nExperience working within an ERP system.\nKnowledge of purchasing and procurement processes.\nExposure to continuous improvement methodologies and principles.\nExperience generating and analyzing operational or purchasing reports.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
