Opportunities are contingent upon task order awards and funding under existing contracts.\r\nLocation: Doral, FL\r\nResponsibilities:\r\nManage execution of assigned Work Orders from kickoff through completion\r\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables\r\nTrack cost, schedule, and performance to ensure successful delivery\r\nIdentify project risks and implement mitigation strategies\r\nCoordinate resources across technical and functional teams\r\nLead Agile ceremonies and ensure sprint goals are met\r\nPrepare status reports and performance updates for Government stakeholders\r\nEnsure compliance with contract requirements and DoD acquisition policies\r\nSupport continuous improvement efforts across project delivery\r\nRequirements:\r\nBachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Systems, or related field OR five (five) years of equivalent experience managing DoD projects\r\nExperience managing full project lifecycles in a federal or DoD environment\r\nExperience tracking milestones, schedules, and performance metrics\r\nWorking knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and contract compliance requirements\r\nExperience using Agile methodologies in a project environment\r\nStrong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills\r\nDesired Skills and Experience:\r\nExperience supporting IT, cybersecurity, cloud, analytics, or mission systems programs\r\nExperience coordinating across multiple stakeholders in complex environments\r\nExperience with performance reporting tools and dashboards\r\nExperience working in regulated or classified environments\r\nCertifications:\r\nRequired: Project Management Professional (PMP)\r\nPreferred: Lean Six Sigma certification, Certified Scrum Master CSM, DAWIA Level II in Program Management\r\nClearance Requirement:\r\nMust have an active TS/SCI Security Clearance.\r\nCandidate must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.\r\nAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, ancestry, color, family or medical care leave, gender identity or expression, genetic information, marital status, medical condition, national origin, physical or mental disability, political affiliation, protected veteran status, race, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations and ordinances.
