As a member of the scheduling department, you’ll get to schedule for NASA's SLS Booster program. This position will serve on-site at Promontory Utah\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\nDevelop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) .\n\nSupport the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) .\n\nCoordinate schedules across multiple functional organizations, including:\n\nFinance\n\nEngineering\n\nMaterials\n\nManufacturing\n\nQuality\n\nPerform schedule analysis and monitor program progress.\n\nConduct critical path and network logic analysis.\n\nPerform schedule risk analysis and identify potential issues.\n\nTrack performance using Earned Value Management (EVM/EVMS) .\n\nCreate program schedule visualizations and reports.\n\nSupport a complex aerospace program (NASA SLS Booster).\n\nREQUIRED SKILLS\n\nCritical Path Method (CPM) scheduling.\n\nUnderstanding of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) .\n\nKnowledge of how EVMS integrates with scheduling software.\n\nExperience with:\n\nGantt charts\n\nPERT charts\n\nMilestone planning\n\nSchedule status reporting\n\nCritical path analysis\n\nCross-functional communication and coordination.\n\nSchedule logic development and maintenance.\n\nPREFERRED SKILLS\n\n3+ years of Primavera P6 experience.\n\nExperience supporting large, complex government or aerospace programs.\n\nFamiliarity with integrated master schedules for defense or NASA contracts.\n\nSummit Federal Services, LLC is an equal opportunity employer regardless of race, color, religion, creed, sex, marital status, national origin, disability, age, veteran status, on-the-job injury, sexual orientation, political affiliation or belief.
