In this role, you will be responsible for assembling flat plate array antennas following drawings, technical process sheets, and strict quality standards. You will apply braze paste to designated joints and prepare assemblies for the aluminum dip braze process by delivering them to the salt pot/braze room.\nResponsibilities:\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nAssemble flat plate array antennas in accordance with approved drawings, manufacturing process sheets, and work instructions.\nApply braze paste to precise joint locations using approved materials and application methods.\nInspect components for proper fit, cleanliness, and alignment prior to brazing.\nPrepare completed assemblies for aluminum dip braze processing and transport them to the salt pot room.\nCollaborate with brazing personnel to ensure smooth workflow and proper handling of assemblies.\nComplete required documentation, including traveler signoffs, material traceability, and quality records.\nQualifications:\nQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE\nAt least 1 year of experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing environments.\nAbility to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and process documentation.\nStrong manual dexterity and attention to detail.\nFamiliarity with precision assembly practices, including surface prep and alignment.\nAbility to follow strict quality and cleanliness requirements.\nHigh School (High school diploma) or GED\n\nADDITIONAL INFORMATION\nThis position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.\nPay Range: 18.61 -$20.00 hourly plas a 10% 2nd shift differential.
