Ideal candidates are motivated by mission impact, comfortable operating in complex stakeholder environments, and interested in building deep domain expertise while delivering capabilities with real-world national security outcomes.\r\nPrimary Responsibilities\r\nLead the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.\r\nAutomate and streamline development, deployment, and operations workflows to enhance productivity and reduce manual intervention.\r\nManage infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration as code (CaC) to ensure consistent and repeatable deployments.\r\nOversee the development and integration of software for the System, including infrastructure, data tools, customer tools, cybersecurity, and user interfaces.\r\nImplement and maintain DevSecOps processes, documentation, policies, and automated pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.\r\nCoordinate with infrastructure teams for capacity planning and automate service monitoring, reporting, and lifecycle management.\r\nDevelop and maintain software testing tools, processes, and procedures, including automated test pipelines for unit, regression, security, integration, compliance, performance, and acceptance testing.\r\nPrepare, maintain, and execute a Software Engineering Plan (SWP) for managing all aspects of the System software lifecycle.\r\nEstablish and operate a SAFE Agile development process, prioritizing product backlog items and scheduling them into Agile sprint cycles.\r\nEnsure the reliability and continuous improvement of support systems such as ticketing, monitoring, alerting, and dashboards through automation and integration.\r\nConduct configuration management operations to control, identify, record, and report IT components, versions, and relationships for the System.\r\nEstablish and maintain development, test, integration, staging, and production environments for supporting the System software lifecycle.\r\nDeliver and maintain all software artifacts, including source code, IaC, CaC, binaries, and containers, on Government-owned software repositories.\r\nBasic Qualifications\r\nActive Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility.\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline and 12-15 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree in a related field and 10-13 years of relevant experience.\r\nAt least one of the following foundational qualification pathways consistent with DoD 8140 requirements\r\nCurrent DoD 8570/8140 baseline certification appropriate for Advanced System Administrator roles (e.g., CASP+, CCNP Security, GCED, or equivalent ),\r\nOfferings listed in the DoD 8140 Training Repository,\r\nDemonstrated equivalent training and experience qualifying under DoD 8140 foundational qualification alternatives.\r\nMinimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or related fields.\r\nExperience designing and implementing enterprise CI/CD pipelines in secure DoD or Federal environments.\r\nExperience implementing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent.\r\nStrong knowledge of IaC and configuration as code (CaC) tools and practices.\r\nExperience managing containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\r\nProven experience with CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance.\r\nExperience integrating automated security scanning, compliance validation, and continuous monitoring into DevSecOps pipelines.\r\nStrong understanding of configuration management operations and tools.\r\nExperience operating within SAFe or large-scale Agile frameworks supporting enterprise systems.\r\nExperience with software testing tools and automated test pipelines.\r\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nActive TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance.\r\nSAFe Agilist (SA) or related SAFe certification.\r\nExperience supporting DevSecOps across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS environments.\r\nExperience implementing Zero Trust and automated compliance enforcement in cloud-native environments.\r\nExperience supporting enterprise-scale data, AI/ML, or analytics platform deployments.\r\nExperience with cloud-based data, analytics, and AI capabilities.\r\nFamiliarity with the platform and its associated tools and services.\r\nExperience with managing software repositories and delivering software artifacts.\r\nExperience with DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and container hardening standards.\r\nAdvanced cloud or DevOps certification (e.g., AWS DevOps Engineer -
