This role serves as the accountable operational leader for oncology services across our care continuum and Quad Cities market.In this role, you'll oversee key support functions such as tumor registry abstraction,outcomes reporting, charge capture, and other clinical and non-clinical services essential to high‑quality oncology care, which may include medical oncology, radiation oncology and infusion centers across the system.The Director drives system‑wide initiatives, manages cross‑market teams, and supports oncology education and publication efforts. Working closely with market leadership, service line leaders, and a physician dyad, the Director advances growth and performance across clinical, operational, and financial domains.
