What is required is a polished, service‑minded IT Systems Engineer to lead in‑office support at our Hoffman Estates Lab environment and for its employees.\n\nYou’ll be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience across devices, AV systems, collaboration tools, and SaaS platforms. From onboarding new team members to running executive all‑hands meetings without a hitch, you’ll be the local face of IT—proactive, calm under pressure, and committed to operational excellence.\n\nThis role blends hands‑on technical systems work (primarily Windows and SaaS tools like Google Workspace, Jamf, Okta, Zoom) with the finesse required to support C‑suite leaders and sensitive environments.
