You aren't just implementing models; you are building the processes and standards that will define our technical foundation. You will work directly with our CTO (MIT alum, founding engineer background) and CEO (experienced sales leader) in a high-intensity, $4.2M seed-funded environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nArchitect AI Systems: Build and deploy AI models that analyze how engineers work, surfacing insights into quality and collaboration.\nDefine Standards: Create the internal processes that make building incremental features and models faster and more reliable.\nProduct Innovation: Partner with founders to rethink engineering output from first principles.\nCustomer Delight: Deliver \"10x\" intelligence features that make the lives of engineering leaders and their teams significantly easier.\nRequirements\nFormidable Engineering Mindset: You are a relentless problem solver who stops at nothing to accomplish a goal.\nThe \"High Slope\" Trait: You are a very good engineer committed to becoming a great one.
