You'll build infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and defensive security measures to ensure our systems are reliable, scalable, and secure.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nDesign, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure (GCP)\n\nBuild and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment\n\nImplement network security controls, including firewalls, VPNs, and segmentation\n\nMonitor systems for security threats and respond to incidents\n\nConduct security audits and implement remediation measures\n\nImplement observability solutions (logging, metrics, tracing, alerting)\n\nCollaborate with development teams on secure architecture decisions\n\nOptimize cloud costs and resource utilization\n\nMaintain disaster recovery and backup strategy\n\nWhat You Need\n\n5+ years of experience in DevSecOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering\n\nStrong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, CDNs)\n\nExperience with security tools (WAFs, CNAPP, IDS/IPS, SIEM, SOAR)\n\nExtensive knowledge of secure best practices for Cloud based Infrastructure\n\nProficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, Go)\n\nExperience with infrastructure as code, automation, and scalable security practices\n\nBroad security knowledge to connect domains and identify holistic ways to decrease threat surface\n\nStrong grasp of offensive security to anticipate risks from an adversary's perspective, not just compliance boxes\n\nExperience with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)\n\nProficiency with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, PagerDuty)\n\nKnowledge of secrets management and identity/access management\n\nExperience with modern application stacks, infrastructure, and security tools to implement pragmatic defenses\n\nExperience with vulnerability management and threat hunting\n\nBonus Points\n\nExperience with Typescript and SQL\n\nSecurity certifications (CISSP, CEH, AWS Security Specialty)\n\nExperience with zero-trust architecture\n\nBackground in penetration testing or vulnerability assessment\n\nFor this position we are targeting a base pay between $185,000–$243,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.\n\nThis role follows a hybrid model, with a minimum of two days onsite at our downtown San Francisco office and flexibility to work remotely from home the rest of the week.\n\nHow We Work\nEach member contributes to all parts of our products.
