We’re looking for someone who can confidently operate a Xeikon press with minimal supervision, troubleshoot production and mechanical issues, perform routine maintenance, and help us maintain the high quality our customers expect.\n\nThis is a hands-on production position in a small team. While your primary responsibility will be operating our Xeikon press, we value team members who are willing to assist throughout our production workflow when needed.\n\n*Responsibilities*\n\n* Independently operate a Xeikon digital web press.\n* Prepare, monitor, and complete production jobs while maintaining high print quality.\n* Perform daily, weekly, and preventative maintenance on the press.\n* Diagnose and troubleshoot print quality, color, and mechanical issues.\n* Perform color calibrations and maintain consistent color throughout production.\n* Work with Xeikon MyPress and X-800 software.\n* Help identify production improvements and reduce downtime.\n* Maintain a clean and organized work area.\n* Assist with other production tasks as needed, including:\n* Operating a Polar paper cutter\n* Laminating and finishing prints\n* Packaging and shipping customer orders\n* General production support\n\n*Required Qualifications*\n\n* *Minimum 2 years of experience operating a Xeikon digital press*\n* Ability to independently operate, maintain, and troubleshoot a Xeikon press.\n* Working knowledge of Xeikon MyPress and X-800 workflow software.\n* Strong understanding of digital print production and color management.\n* Mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose equipment issues.\n* High attention to detail and commitment to print quality.\n* Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a small team.\n* Willingness to assist in all areas of production when needed.\n\n*Preferred Qualifications*\n\n* Experience with Xeikon 8000, 8500, 8600, or 9600 series presses.\n* Experience with web-fed digital printing.\n* Experience operating production finishing equipment such as cutters and laminators.\n* Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs.\n* Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement mindset.\n\n*What We’re Looking For*\n\nWe’re looking for someone who takes pride in producing exceptional work, enjoys solving mechanical and production challenges, and understands that everyone on a small team contributes wherever needed.
