Reporting to the VP of Project Execution, the Document Controller will manage document control processes to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely distribution of project records. This position offers an opportunity to significantly contribute to the success of our North American operations through robust documentation practices and process improvements.\r\nYour Day-to-Day Adventures Document Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Hydrostor's Document Management System (Procore) for North American projects, ensuring the accurate management, issuance, and tracking of documentation, drawings, and project records.\r\nProcess and System Assurance: Support internal stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure secure and orderly retention of project documentation, including regulatory, technical, and contractual compliance.\r\nDistribution and Workflow: Facilitate document distribution to relevant stakeholders, track review cycles, and report on compliance with expected and contractual turnaround times.\r\nAudit Compliance: Prepare for and support internal and external audits by creating compliance plans, organizing required documentation, and ensuring adherence to obligations registers.\r\nCollaboration: Provide guidance and support to office and field-based teams, as well as external vendors and suppliers, on document control requirements and best practices.\r\nContinuous Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement, propose improvements, and lead implementation initiatives to increase document control integrity and efficiency.\r\nWho You Are\r\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual with a proven track record in document control for energy, oil and gas, or similar project environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
