Role Description This full-time position as a Business Development Manager is a hybrid role based in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area, offering flexibility for some remote work. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and securing new opportunities, fostering relationships with potential and existing clients, and preparing business proposals. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, creating growth strategies, and contributing to the achievement of company revenue and expansion goals. The role requires a strategic approach to partnerships and a proactive approach to lead generation. Qualifications Sales and negotiation skills with proven expertise in lead generation and closing dealsStrong market research and business planning abilitiesExcellent relationship-building and client communication skillsExperience with data analysis, CRM software, and sales forecastingStrategic thinking and ability to develop growth initiativesBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plusResults-driven, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targetsExperience in property management, real estate, or a similar industry is advantageous
