This role involves analyzing stock levels and working closely with suppliers and internal teams to maintain optimal inventory levels. The successful candidate will use data-driven insights to support business objectives, minimize stock outs, and reduce excess inventory. Effective communication is key to the role, as the Replenishment Analyst will be responsible for maintaining clear and consistent communication with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any supply chain disruptions. The candidate must also regularly collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as merchandising, logistics, and distribution, to ensure alignment between inventory management and business needs.\r\nEssential Functions:\r\nInventory Management: Monitor inventory levels across multiple locations and trigger orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.\r\nReplenishment Planning: Develop and execute replenishment plans to ensure timely stock replenishment, balancing between stock availability and minimizing overstock.\r\nData Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret inventory and sales data to optimize stock levels, minimize stock outs, and reduce excess inventory.\r\nCollaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth inventory flow and prevent bottlenecks in the supply chain.\r\nSupplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues related to order discrepancies, lead times, or supply chain disruptions.\r\nSystem Maintenance: Maintain and update inventory management systems (e.g., AS/400 and JDA supply chain software) with accurate stock data and replenishment schedules.\r\nReporting: Create and present regular reports on inventory performance, stock levels, and potential risks to senior management.\r\nAll Other Duties As Assigned\r\nExperience/Qualifications:\r\nMinimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree, in Supply Chain Management, or experience in inventory management, supply chain or replenishment analysis.\r\nKnowledge, Skills, and Ability:\r\nThe ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.\r\nProficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.\r\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.\r\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.\r\nDetail-oriented and proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions.\r\nKnowledge of supply chain principles and inventory optimization techniques a plus.\r\nPhysical Requirements:\r\nRegularly: Computer Work, sitting\r\nSeldom/Never: Walking, standing, lifting up to 50 lbs.\r\nIndependent Judgement:\r\nPerforms tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation. Chooses from limited alternatives to resolve problems. Occasional independent judgment is required to complete work assignments.
