As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible to oversee our production operations by ensuring that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\n\nThe Production Supervisors responsibilities will include, but not limited to:\n\nOrganize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules\nResponsible for scheduling control\nMaintain material control and quality control\nResponsible for other duties on assembly line\nOversee and coach employees\nIdentify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements\nEnforce strict safety guidelines and company standards\nQualifications:\n\nCollege degree preferred\nMinimum 5+ years of relative working experience in electronic or computer industry preferred\nSolid understanding of computer system assembly\nPossess basic mechanical knowledge\nFamiliarity with computer or electronic components testing and inspection\nExperience with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards\nStrong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness\nAbility to comprehend spoken and written English\nAbility to work overtime and weekends depending on business demands\n\nPlease note that this position requires regular in-office attendance. The successful candidate is expected to be present in the office during standard working hours as determined by the company. In-office collaboration and participation in team meetings, training sessions, and other on-site activities are essential aspects of this role. Candidates should consider the commuting distance and be prepared to fulfill their responsibilities in the designated office location.\nSalary Range\n$72,000 - $95,000\nThe salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
