In addition, True Zero earned coveted spots on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies in America in 2022, 2023, and 2025, a testament to our sustained growth driven by our people-first approach and unwavering dedication to excellence.Position ResponsibilitiesLead overall program execution, governance cadence, and stakeholder managementManage transition-in activities, knowledge transfer, and continuity risk controlsOwn deliverables management (daily/weekly/monthly reporting, plans, schedules)Oversee staffing, shift coverage strategy, surge planning, and key-person risk mitigationCoordinate across SOC operations, incident response, vulnerability management, hunting, and specialized support areasDrive performance measurement (KPIs/SLAs), corrective actions, and continuous improvementManage financial controls and reporting (labor, travel, burn rate, variance explanations)Maintain a program risk register and run a consistent risk burn-down rhythmPosition QualificationsExperience managing IT programsActive PMPBachelor’s + 10 years project/program management (7 security-related) OR Master’s (security/business) + 7 years project/program management (5 security-related)Industry certification related to security and/or incident response (e.g., CEH, GIAC)Active Secret clearance may be requiredTop Secret/SCI eligibleAbility to work well with others and demonstrate strong communication skillsWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
