IT Specialist

Job SummaryWe are looking for an IT Specialist who can administer server and network equipment in a fast-paced environment. This position will also be responsible for taking ownership of and addressing intermediate to advanced issues and requirements escalated from other IT technicians. The ability to think "big picture in order to centralize and standardize infrastructure across all locations will be critical to the success of this position.Responsibilities and DutiesThe ideal candidate can:Manage, monitor and provide support for servers and business applications.Troubleshoot server and network related issues, including hardware, software and security issues and respond to requests for technical assistance in a reasonable timeframe.Act as the subject matter expert and provide escalated support to other IT technicians as necessary.
