Collaborate with team members, colleagues and vendor support teams to ensure that the financial systems are operating as designed and desired. Collaborate with IT and F & A staff to ensure that interface files are being distributed or consumed appropriately. Ensure that IT practices such as testing, change management and issue tracking are executed appropriately.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES Utilize troubleshooting skills to identify issues, analyze options and provide or suggest solutions that will provide the best solution for the Company.\nKey point of contact for financial application support issues.
