PT - Physical Therapist

Home Health Physical Therapist / Occupational Therapist / Speech Language PathologistThis is a 13-week contract position.Monday to Friday, 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift.We are seeking experienced Home Health Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, or Speech Language Pathologists to provide care in the home health setting.
