Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be eligible to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.\r\nWho you are:\r\nYou are passionate and curious about technology\r\nYou are committed to work with a like-minded team to learn and grow in your field of expertise\r\nYou have an eye for detail and consistency\r\nYou have strong communication skills that are used to solicit and incorporate feedback in your work\r\nYou have a strong interest in infrastructure performance\r\nYou enjoy interacting with clients to satisfy their goals and objectives\r\nWe are looking for team members with the following skills/experience:\r\nUndergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field\r\nMinimum of 2 years of network and security experience\r\nSolid experience in Next-Generation Firewall capabilities such as URL Filtering, IPSec Tunnels, Firewall Policies (e.g. Palo Alto and Panorama, or equivalent technologies)\r\nProgramming skills in Python\r\nSolid understanding of networking technologies (routing, switching, TCP/IP, Ethernet traffic analysis tool, TAPs, traffic brokers)\r\nExperience working with or integrating various enterprise management systems (e.g. HP BSM / OpenView / BTO and/or similar products)\r\nExcellent understanding of technology concepts such as SDLC, systems engineering, IT performance management, IT operations, operational monitoring, security monitoring, and KPIs\r\nKnowledge of various IT infrastructure technologies (e.g. applications, servers, networks, storage)\r\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills including technical writing\r\nIf you have any of the following, it would be a bonus:\r\nExperience in packet analysis (Wireshark)\r\nFamiliarity with enterprise management and performance engineering concepts\r\nFamiliarity with ITILv3 concepts especially Service Operations\r\nSecunetics is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
