Candidate with product development/management experience will be preferred over services experience\n2+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on the MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular/React, Node.js).\n12+ years of experience in a technical leadership or management role, leading and mentoring development teams.\nDeep understanding of JavaScript, both client-side and server-side.\nProven experience with one or more modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (Angular, React, Vue.js).\nStrong experience with Node.js and Express.js for building robust backend APIs.\nSolid understanding of NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB, including schema design and query optimization & SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server\nExperience with RESTful API design and development.\nFamiliarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).\nUnderstanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile (Scrum, Kanban).\nExperience with testing frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Jasmine, Cypress).\nShould have at least a product in the Production and must have handled the post production scenarios.\nClient facing experience will be of value and any onsite experience will also be useful.\nMust have passed through the Technical ladder ( either as Technical Lead or Technical Architect role to become a Manager.
