Job Details:Senior Electrical Engineer – Hybrid Schedule (3 Days In Office)Kirkland, WA Area | Full-TimeA well-established engineering consulting firm is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support complex industrial and commercial projects within its Engineering Services group. This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging power distribution and infrastructure projects while maintaining a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office and flexibility for remote work.The company specializes in electrical power systems, industrial controls, and technology infrastructure projects for a broad client base ranging from industrial facilities to large-scale commercial operations.Position OverviewThe Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for electrical system design, power system analysis, construction support, and project coordination for industrial and commercial facilities. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and experience supporting projects from design through commissioning and closeout.Responsibilities Design electrical systems for industrial and commercial facilities including:Medium and low-voltage power distribution systemsEmergency and standby power systemsInterior and exterior lighting systemsCommunication, networking, and auxiliary systemsPerform power system studies and analysis including:Load flow studiesShort circuit analysisProtective device coordinationArc flash studiesSupport construction and commissioning activities including:Reviewing equipment submittalsResponding to RFIsField coordination and verificationAssisting with project closeout documentationPrepare construction drawings, specifications, and project documentationMentor junior engineers and support technical development across project teamsCoordinate with clients, contractors, and internal engineering teams throughout project executionQualificationsBSEE degree required3–10+ years of electrical engineering experience within industrial or commercial environmentsExperience preparing construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimatesBackground supporting construction, startup, and commissioning activitiesExperience with power system analysis software such as SKM, ETAP, EasyPower, or similarProficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and common project collaboration platformsStrong communication, organizational, and project coordination skillsAbility to travel occasionally to project sites as neededProfessional Engineer (PE) license preferredCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation packageHybrid schedule with 3 days in officeLong-term career growth opportunitiesCollaborative engineering environmentFull benefits package including healthcare, retirement plans, bonuses, and professional development assistancePlease send resumes to: PD@Libertyjobs.comPatrick DelGaonePD@Libertyjobs.com#ElectricalContractor#Midsenior#Engineering
