District Manager - Quick Service Restaurant

Leap Brands is recruiting for a District Manager for a growing Quick Service Restaurant company looking for a strong operator who knows how to lead teams, drive performance, and hold restaurants accountable without creating a toxic culture.This role is for someone who understands that restaurant operations are controlled in the field, not from a laptop. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can build strong General Managers, improve operations, drive profitability, and create consistency across multiple locations.The right person knows how to balance people, performance, guest experience, and execution while moving fast in a high-volume environment.ResponsibilitiesOversee operations across multiple restaurant locations within the marketLead, coach, and develop General Managers and restaurant leadership teamsDrive sales growth, profitability, labor management, and operational executionEnsure restaurants are meeting company standards for cleanliness, food quality, hospitality, and speed of serviceAnalyze KPIs and operational reporting to identify trends and opportunitiesImprove employee retention, training, and overall team performancePartner with recruiting and HR to ensure restaurants are properly staffedConduct regular restaurant visits, operational audits, and performance reviewsSupport new store openings, training, and operational rolloutsCreate accountability while building a positive and performance-driven cultureEnsure compliance with all food safety, health, and operational standardsQualificationsMulti-unit restaurant management experience within QSR or Fast CasualProven experience leading high-volume operationsStrong leadership, coaching, and team development skillsDeep understanding of restaurant operations, labor management, and financial performanceAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentComfortable spending significant time in the field supporting restaurant teamsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsExperience within franchise or corporate restaurant environments preferred
