Registered Nurse (RN) CBRF DirectorForest Glen & Shepherds Inn - Assisted Living Seymour, WI (15-20 minutes from Green Bay and Appleton)Salary Range$85,000 - $95,000 (Based on Experience)Hours80 per two week pay periodPosition SummaryThe CBRF RN Director plans, directs, implements, and supervises services and personnel to ensure high-quality care for residents while promoting independence, dignity, and safety. This leadership role works closely with the Executive Director/Nursing Home Administrator and other departments to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, support staff development, and achieve operational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee resident care services and ensure quality standards are maintainedMonitor resident health and provide nursing assessments and case managementEnsure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulationsSupervise, support, and evaluate staff performanceCoordinate admissions and assess potential resident care needsMaintain staffing schedules to ensure appropriate coverageAssist with resident care and support on the floor as neededCommunicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staffDevelop and support marketing and occupancy goalsMonitor quality assurance indicators and report outcomesParticipate in community outreach and professional development activitiesMaintain a safe, sanitary, and positive environment for residents and staffParticipate in rotating on-call responsibilitiesQualificationsCurrent RN license requiredExperience in healthcare, human services, or community-based care requiredBachelor's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Social Work, Communication, or related field preferredStrong leadership, organizational, and time management skillsAbility to supervise, coach, and motivate staffExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to make independent decisions and manage multiple responsibilitiesPhysical & Work RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist residents as neededAbility to work in a healthcare environment with potential exposure to infectious diseases and cleaning chemicalsMust be able to respond calmly and effectively in stressful situationsWhy Join Good Shepherd Services?At Good Shepherd Services, we are committed to providing compassionate care while fostering dignity, independence, and respect for every resident.
