This role also provides freight/lead time quotes.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Support Sales Reps and Channel partners with accurate and timely updates.Answer calls as a representative for the Order Management team.Perform SAP and Cyberselect transactions for orders and shipments to include dates moves and order confirmations to the rep/customer.Create, maintain, and update project tracking systems Trello, Excel, Navisphere, 12PT.Run weekly OTS shipment reports with our carriersInput data into 3rd party sites- i.e. Compass client requirement for project close-outResolve and send communication on behalf of the company to customer/rep regarding complaints for orders/leadtimes/shipments.Prepare regularly scheduled reports external and internal requirementsProvide general support to clients/visitorsPrioritize emailsFollow-up Order Confirming & scheduling tasks.Work with Production, to keep customer apprised of any issues with their ship dates.Work with Purchasing on alternatives to avoid logistics delaysHelp if needed - Back up Project Coordinators for Key Accounts when dates are adjustmentedResponsible for review, editing and upkeep of ISO documentation 2 weeks mandatory in house trainingAttend in office meetings/training/workshops as mandatedOther duties as assignedQualifications:Experience with Customer Service, Order Processing, and Logistics/ShippingSAP and Cyberselect a plusAnalytical computer skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel) as well as TrelloStrong and organizational skillsMust be able to work independentlyEffective time managementEducation/Experience:High School diploma or GED. Associate degree or higher preferred1-3 years experience in Logistics/Customer ServiceType 40 WPM or more.Physical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
