Sand Plant Operator

World Tree Materials is seeking an entry-level Sand Wash Plant Operator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone looking to learn plant operations, controls, and maintenance in a fast-paced industrial environment. Training is provided. What You’ll Do Learn and assist with sand wash plant operations and control systems Perform daily inspections, housekeeping, and general plant labor Assist with basic maintenance (greasing, belt checks, screen changes, adjustments) Monitor equipment performance and report issues to supervisors Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times What We’re Looking For Entry-level or 6–12 months of general labor, industrial, or mechanical experience preferred Ability to read, use basic math, and operate simple measuring tools Willingness to learn plant controls and maintenance systems Strong safety mindset and ability to work as part of a team Self-motivated and able to follow direction Willing to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. Physical & Work Environment Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs Frequent standing, walking, climbing ladders and stairs Outdoor and plant environment with exposure to weather Required PPE includes hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, and other protection as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Work Location: In person
