(PS 9)• Assume such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by immediate supervisor.A Successful Bell's Crossing Elementary Principal:• Provides strong leadership for the instructional program.• Develops and successfully implements a comprehensive special education plan that provides a continuum of services.• Is active in the community working to secure partnerships with businesses and groups to enhance the experiences of the school.• Is skilled in increasing student achievement with diverse student learner groups.Education and Experience Required:• A minimum earned Master's Degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field.• Valid South Carolina elementary or secondary principal's certificate• Three to five years of teaching and administrative/supervisory experience.BUILDING LEVEL ADMINISTRATIVE/SUPERVISORY SALARY SCHEDULE (BUILDG) - 245 DAYS Grade A5 ( 93,216 - 143,821) Placement on salary schedule includes several factors to include experience.
