We are looking for motivated, energetic people to join our dynamic Team!\n\n The Manufacturing Engineer will coordinate and exercise functional authority for planning, organizational, control, integration, and completion of Manufacturing Engineering projects within an area of assigned responsibility by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.\n\nRequirements:\n\nYou will make an impact and be successful in this role with the following skills and responsibilities:\n\nProvide technical support to manufacturing departments.\n\nEnsure that production assembly and test methods are optimized and are consistent in meeting our cost targets.\n\nDevelop assembly and detail tooling drawings, floor layouts, and manufacturing cells.\n\nCheck drawings and design work as needed.\n\nAssist Materials Department in the selection of vendors.\n\nEstablish product acceptance criteria through preproduction runs.\n\nWork with vendors to ensure the most economical manufacturing processes and tooling.\n\nAssist the Quality Department in the development of procedures and work instructions.\n\nAbility to apply principles of logic or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.\n\nAbility to deal with nonverbal symbolism such as formulas, scientific equations, graphs, etc. in its most difficult phases.\n\nAbility to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables. Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations.\n\nAbility to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determinations of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation, techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.\n\nKnowledge of design software, database software, MS windows, and MS Word and Excel.\n\nAbility to read, write and comprehend English.\n\nAbility to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.\n\nBlueprint interpretation. Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance are required. Familiar with computer-based system operation.\n\nKnowledge of APQP, manufacturing and quality processes and capabilities.\n\nAbility to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.\n\nAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups or managers, clients, customers, and the public.\n\nSelf-starter and Motivator: Able to develop effective relationships with distributors, regional sale managers, and customers.\n\nSpeaks clearly and persuasively in positive and negative situations. Listens and gets clarification.\n\nResponds well to questions. Participates in meetings. Writes clearly and informatively.\n\nPresents numerical data effectively.
