This is the place for you!\n\nYou will assist the Site Manager with overall site operation with emphasis on customer service, staffing, equipment, and site maintenance, sale,s and wash volume, quality, and performance.\n\nJob Duties:\nFulfill and promote the company’s mission and values (represented by the WASH acronym).\nAssist the Site Manager with overall site operation.\nStrive to surpass customer expectations.\nResolve customer concerns, complaints, and damage claims.\nMaintain incident reports for all accidents reported at the store while the manager is off-duty.\nAssist in recruiting, hiring, training, and termination process of team members.\nTrain and coach the wash team frequently to emulate company safety, customer relations, wash procedures, and to comply with all company policies.\nMaintain accurate records and generate reports as requested.\nComplete opening and closing duties.\nAssist in the management of chemical and vending inventory.\nInteract with suppliers as needed.\nPerform equipment maintenance procedures as scheduled.\nRepair equipment (or coordinate repair) as necessary.\nMaintain a clean, attractive, safe facility.\nEnforce safety standards.\nMaintain budgeted operational costs.\nHandle cash transactions/deposits ethically, efficiently, and accurately.\nComply with RocketFast! Employee Handbook.\nOther responsibilities and tasks as necessary.\nSkills:\nStrong interpersonal skills.\nComputer literate.\nEnjoy working outdoors.\nMechanically inclined.\nOrganized.\nExcellent verbal and written communication.\nAbout RocketFast!
