The project involves development of a new facility valued at more than $600 million and requires coordination across multiple engineering, design, and construction disciplines.The BIM Engineer / Coordinator will support model integration, coordination, clash detection, issue resolution, BIM standards, and digital construction activities across Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Process systems.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage BIM deliverables across multiple project disciplines, including Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Process systems.Lead BIM coordination meetings with project stakeholders, consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives.Integrate three or more discipline-specific models into a coordinated federated project model.Review and validate BIM models for compliance with project standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and applicable client requirements.Perform clash detection and support timely clash resolution using industry-standard BIM software.Track, assign, document, and close coordination issues identified during model reviews.Facilitate communication between design teams, construction teams, and project management personnel to support effective model integration.Maintain model integrity and support accurate representation of field conditions throughout design and construction.Prepare BIM reports, coordination documentation, and model status updates for project leadership.Support construction sequencing, logistics planning, and installation strategies through BIM and digital construction tools.Collaborate with VDC, Project Controls, Design Management, and Construction Management teams to support project delivery objectives.Assist with model-based quantity take-offs, constructability reviews, and digital handover activities as required.Required QualificationsDemonstrated experience as a BIM Coordinator, BIM Lead, VDC Coordinator, BIM Engineer, or similar role on large-scale construction projects.Strong experience coordinating complex BIM models across multiple disciplines.Experience integrating and managing federated models involving three or more disciplines.Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, and AutoCAD.Experience conducting clash detection and facilitating model coordination workshops.Strong understanding of BIM standards, workflows, coordination practices, and information management processes.Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to lead coordination meetings and facilitate issue resolution.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder project environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or mission-critical projects.Familiarity with GMP-regulated environments and highly serviced facilities.Understanding of cleanrooms, process systems, clean utilities, and pharmaceutical manufacturing infrastructure.Experience working with EPCM firms, general contractors, and owner-side project teams.Knowledge of construction sequencing, digital delivery, and VDC best practices.Work RequirementsThis is a hybrid W2 contract position based in Boulder, Colorado.The expected work arrangement is approximately 3 weeks remote followed by 1 week onsite in Boulder, subject to project requirements.Required onsite travel expenses are covered in accordance with company policy.Must be able to participate in onsite project activities and BIM coordination meetings as required.Must be able to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, contractors, and client representatives.Schedule and onsite requirements may change based on project and business needs, with applicable notice and in accordance with law.Employment and work authorization requirements will be administered in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements.Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and consider qualified applicants without regard to legally protected characteristics under applicable federal, state, or local law.
