This position plays an important role in the manufacturing process by assisting with machine setup, operation, material staging, product handling, and equipment cleaning to ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.\n\nThe operator will work with industrial mixing and converting equipment used in the production of specialized materials. Daily responsibilities include monitoring equipment during operation, following detailed production instructions and standard operating procedures, performing changeovers and clean downs, inspecting materials for quality issues, and communicating any production or equipment concerns to Leads or Supervisors. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives and requires maintaining a clean and organized work area.\n\nCandidates should be comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment around moving machinery, airborne particles, and chemicals while strictly adhering to PPE and safety protocols.
