Licensed General Contractor Partner – Orange County, CA (Interior Remodeling)
We’re launching a second location of a fast-growing, design-build remodeling company in Orange County, California—and we’re looking for a licensed California General Contractor (B License) to partner with.
This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity with a company that already has proven systems, processes, and momentum.
Our first location is on pace to generate $3M+ in year two, with strong margins, refined operations, and a clear growth model. We’re now expanding—and need the right operator to help lead it.

What You Bring
Active California B General Contractor License
Strong experience in:
Estimating & bid creation
In-home sales / closing
Managing multiple projects through teams
Ability to lead project managers / site supervisors, not just self-perform
Entrepreneurial mindset — you think like an owner/operator
Strong communicator with clients, subs, and internal team
Ability to drive revenue and oversee execution at a high level
Role Overview (Operator-Level)
You will act as the local operator of the business, responsible for both revenue and production:
Run in-home appointments, bids, and sales
Build and present estimates and scopes of work
Oversee project execution through PMs and/or site supervisors
Manage schedules, capacity, and job flow across multiple projects
Ensure quality control and client experience standards
Help recruit and build the local production team (PMs, supers, subs)
Work with ownership to scale systems and revenue
Compensation
Base salary (experience-dependent)
Profit share / performance-based upside
