Our work spans from Nashville to Nome, and we are committed to attracting top talent—no matter where they live.\nPosition Overview\nSALARY IS DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE\nWe are seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Architect to support the development and coordination of architectural projects. This position plays a key role assisting with specifications, guiding code studies, and directing construction drawings and details. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, advanced understanding of building codes and compliance, and solid knowledge of construction methods. Government project experience is required, as many of our projects involve federal, state, or municipal clients. This role collaborates closely with engineering and design teams and requires a confident, knowledgeable architect who can lead others while maintaining high technical standards. This is a remote position with occasional site visits (company‑covered travel).\nKey Responsibilities\nReview, develop, and oversee architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.\nEnsure all project documents comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and safety standards.\nProduce and coordinate drawings, models, renderings, and technical documentation.\nDirect the development of construction drawings and architectural details to ensure accuracy and constructability.\nConduct and support code studies, including research and interpretation of local, state, and federal codes.\nAssist with writing project specifications and coordinating with engineering disciplines.\nMentor junior architects and guide internal design reviews and workflow.\nProvide clear communication and support for clients throughout the project lifecycle.\nParticipate in internal quality control and construction‑phase review processes.\nConduct occasional site visits as needed to verify field conditions and construction progress.\nQualifications\nExperience:\nPrefer 5+ years of professional architectural experience across diverse project types. Residential, Commercial, Government\nColder climate experience highly preferred\nLicensing:\nMUST BE LICENSED IN ALAKSA\nEducation:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.\nSkills:\nProficiency in Revit and AutoCAD\nStrong technical knowledge of codes, compliance, and construction methods\nAbility to produce and direct construction drawings and details\nStrong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills\nAbility to thrive in a fully remote, collaborative work environment\nEligibility Must be a U.S. citizen residing in the U.S.\nPreference for candidates located in the western U.S. due to virtual meeting schedules.
