Employment Type: Full time (8 am - 4:30 pm, M-F, must be flexible to work on call as needed)

The Powder Coating Maintenance Material, Repair, Operations Technician (MRO Technician) is responsible for providing high-quality service, supporting production, and ensuring maintenance operations run smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks
* Disposition of spare parts
* Spare parts/technical goods receipt, and parts receiving quality inspection
* Preparation for shipping of technical goods, inclusive shipping papers
* SAP bookings for goods receipt and goods issue
* Physical parts storage into the relevant parts storage area
* Maintain a clean environment in the parts storage area
* Regularly conduct parts cycle counts
* Yearly parts inventory
Vendor Communication & Management
* Communicate with vendors to resolve pricing discrepancies, shipping issues, and outdated contact or business information.
* Update vendor information in SAP daily (e.g., emails, pricing, descriptions).
* Reach out to vendors regarding open Purchase Orders (POs) from previous dates or undelivered items.
* Request vendor confirmations of changes between original quotations and final invoices.
* Provide vendors with PDF copies of POs they report as not received.
SAP Material & PO Management
* Create, manage, and update SAP material records, including reactivation, modifications, and deletion markings for TDC, TDM, and TDU.
* Conduct SAP training and briefings on PO adjustments for internal teams (TDC, TDM, SCM).
* Review, confirm, and adjust material min/max reorder points to ensure accurate replenishment for TDC, TDM, and TDU.
* Assist with managing and adjusting Purchase Orders to reflect correct pricing or details for accurate invoice processing.
* Close out PRQs and Purchase Orders that are no longer needed, including vendor coordination for final confirmation.
Financial Reporting & Accounting Support
* Prepare and submit monthly credit card statement reports with attached receipts.
* Assist Accounting with modifications to open POs (e.g., line-item additions/deletions) to enable invoice matching and payment processing.
* Help TCA adjust or add settlement rules in SAP to close out incorrectly documented work orders.
Inventory & Field Services Coordination
* Coordinate with field service teams to schedule and plan requested service work.
* Conduct site tours with field technicians to identify service requirements.
* Lead year-round structure and formatting of inventory management processes.
* Create inventory spreadsheets and final reports for Finance review.
Other/additional responsibilities
* Interact with co-workers, peers, and supervisor in a constructive, productive, and cooperative manner
* Consider the safety, and well-being of yourself and others
* Driving Full Responsibility and Advice Process throughout the organization
* Follow the requirements for ISO 14001 and 9001 systems
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Education
* High School or GED or at least 1 year of professional manufacturing or similar industry experience in logistics or maintenance
Skills & Competencies
* MS Office proficient
* Proficient in English (written and oral)
* Driven for results and self-motivated with excellent teamwork skills
* Demonstrated sense of urgency and energy in fast paced environment
* Good attention to detail with a strong focus on quality
* SAP is a plus
* Effective communication skills in English (read, write, and speak).
* Must be independent and reliable
* Strong work ethic
* Must possess standards of confidentiality and dependable
* Open to new ideas and strong teamwork
