We're AS9100D certified and operate under ITAR/export-control requirements, and we're actively growing our presence in the industrial and medical sectors.We're looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team supporting customer designs through production, with a focus on manufacturability, testability, and hands-on troubleshooting.What you'll do:Review customer PCB designs and BOMs for DFM/DFT issues prior to production releaseSupport schematic and layout reviews using Altium Designer and OrCAD/CadenceManage engineering change requests (ECRs/ECOs) and component obsolescence/alternate-part issues through resolutionSupport NPI builds, first-article inspection, and design validationTroubleshoot engineering and test-related issues on the production floor, down to root causeSupport functional and in-circuit test development and debug alongside the test engineering teamReview test results and failure data, and help determine disposition (rework, repair, scrap, MRB) for units with design-related failuresManage documentation related to engineering changes, deviations, and design recordsCollaborate with quality, test engineering, and production to close out corrective actionsWhat you bring:0–2 years of experience (new grads welcome) — BS in Electrical Engineering or related fieldFamiliarity with Altium Designer and/or OrCAD/CadenceBasic understanding of DFM/DFT principles for PCBAStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills; comfort reading schematics, BOMs, and datasheetsExposure to a regulated manufacturing environment (AS9100D, ITAR) is a plus, not requiredRequirements:Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (U.S. Person) due to ITAR/export-control obligationsAble to work on-site in Lilburn, GAInterested?
