Office Manager Full-Time Day Shift

Summary Documentation for Admissions and Discharges including daily census updates, receive and print Resident Consent and disclosure, and file in resident chart. Enter information on all new admits through CHIRPs, print verification letter of findings & email. Updating AOD by uploading payments, NOMNCs, Hospice admits, & HCPOA into notes. Print & distribute factsheets to staff & Physician, Print UR Medicare form. Print Monthly discharges/admissions for Nursing. Maintain inventory. Order all office and therapy supplies. Accept deliveries, approve, and distribute. Manage office budget including petty cash, deposits and invoices. Petty Cash - Distribution of funds, Monthly Reconciliation,submit check requests for vendors. Deposits - Receive payments, write receipt. Send in secure money back to AP. Invoices - Scan and Email to AP, deliver patient bills from business office. Complete and Submit Charge receipts, Check Requests, & Mileage Requests to AP. Support for QAPI and Safety monthly meetings and triple check including taking minutes, agenda and distribution of information to participants as requested. Reception Supervisor - Hire, terminate, and maintain staff, create schedules, Train and discipline, maintain employees in Ultipro, Submit Payroll, employee evaluations Job Qualifications High school education or equivalent CPR and AED preferred Thorough knowledge and skill in computer usage Experience with office equipment and phone etiquette Demonstrated ability to respond verbally and in writing to resident issues, management concerns and employee issues Ability to write and publish general information about the facility, create and distribute communications to the residents and to upper management when appropriate Ability to interpret varying situations and to prioritize events and duties Ability to organize, schedule employees and promote teamwork Ability to perform light to moderate physical activity due to occasional lifting, bending, stooping or sitting in a confined position Ability to prioritize numerous tasks, meeting imposed deadlines and daily occurrences experience in the operation of a healthcare community Pay range: $39,100 - $58,650 annually Category: Administration
