The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, and collaborating with project teams to ensure successful project execution. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, utilizing expertise in estimating and negotiation to contribute to the company's growth and success.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESReview project plans and specifications to develop comprehensive estimatesUtilize ProEst software for detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysisPrepare detailed bid proposals, including pricing, labor, materials, and equipment costsCollaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to negotiate prices and termsAssist in contract negotiations and review contractual documents to ensure scope alignmentCoordinate with construction management teams to ensure estimates align with project schedules and objectivesConduct site visits to gather on-site data and validate estimate assumptionsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of construction industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and market conditionsSKILLSProficiency in estimating software toolsStrong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable termsExtensive experience in construction estimating and cost control techniquesKnowledge of construction site operations and safety standardsAbility to analyze complex project data and develop accurate estimateExcellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teamsFamiliarity with construction contracts, project management principles, and construction management practicesProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlinesCircadia is a drug-free workplace.
