You will work closely with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to build robust test automation frameworks and drive continuous quality improvements across our software lifecycle. Have experience working with globally distributed teams, internal/ external partners and leadership.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and backend systems.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test strategies.\nImplement CI/CD pipelines with integrated automated testing.\nPerform API testing, UI testing, and performance testing for retail applications.\nIdentify, document, and track bugs; proactively work with development teams to resolve issues.\nDevelop and maintain test data management strategies for complex retail scenarios (e.g., promotions, inventory, customer profiles).\nEnsure test coverage for critical retail workflows including checkout, returns, loyalty programs, and inventory sync.\nMentor junior QA engineers and contribute to quality best practices across the organization.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\n3+ years of experience as an SDET or QA Automation Engineer.\nProficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.\nExperience with test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar.\nStrong understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL, and retail domain workflows.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.\n\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience in retail systems such as POS, ERP, OMS, or CRM.\nKnowledge of data-driven testing, mocking frameworks, and contract testing.\nExposure to security testing and access control validation in retail environments.\n\nThe pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $25.37/hour - $39.64/hour.
