RENDERING MAINTENANCE HOURLY 4PM TO 430AM

General MechanicsResponsibilities: Candidates will have the ability to either work in a setting that will allow them to perform work on electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, or welding. Work may involve setting up machinery and equipment, tearing down, and overhauling equipment such as gear boxes.Job Tasks:Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.Inspect mechanical equipment to locate damage, defects, or wear.Test mechanical to ensure proper functioning.Dismantle machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, and hand tools, or power tools.Disassemble equipment for maintenance or repair. Operate hoists, or other moving or lifting equipment.Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventive maintenance.Inspect mechanical components to identify problems.Replace worn, damaged, or defective mechanical parts.Trouble shoot electrical controls and components, and repair as needed.Working Conditions:Working in cold temperaturesWorking in hot temperaturesWorking in tight spacesWorking in areas with strong smellsBenefitsVision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employmentPaid time off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays401(k): eligible after 1st day of employment including company match which begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting scheduleBasic Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 1-2 years industrial maintenance experienceKnowledge of industrial manufacturing equipmentGeneral mathematics ability required to perform jobAbility to read and interpret documents and drawingsBasic knowledge of standard and metric measuresMust be able to work assigned days/shifts (including weekends)Physical Requirements Activities:Very active position, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all dayHearing: Must be able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information. Repetitive Motion: Must be able to frequently and regularly use wrists, hands, and or fingers.
