This position is based out of our Lakewood office in Long Beach and plays an important role in helping day-to-day operations stay organized and running smoothly.In this role, you’ll provide administrative and operational support to Program Directors, Program Coordinators, and Area Leadership. You’ll help keep communication, documentation, and processes moving forward across multiple locations, ensuring teams have what they need to effectively support the individuals we serve.This is a hands-on support role that requires someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable managing a variety of tasks throughout the day. You’ll work both independently and alongside a team, helping maintain structure and consistency across programs.While this is a support-focused role, you should be comfortable managing your responsibilities independently and following tasks through without frequent direction.You’ll be someone who stays on top of tasks, keeps things organized, and follows through to completion.
