At Paradigm, your ideas are heard, your growth is prioritized, your contributions make a difference.Summary:We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead and manage large-scale Data Governance initiatives across a financial services organizationThe Senior Manager will collaborate closely with Business, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Data Management teams on projectsThe ideal candidate will have proven experience with Data Governance Ownership and Enterprise Operational Data, preferably involving Informatica solutionsHands-on experience with Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC) or Informatica Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC), is preferredThis position is Onsite 3 Days per week Responsibilities:Client Engagement & DeliveryLead and manage data governance projects, ensuring alignment with client business objectivesDesign and implement data governance frameworks, operating models, and AI governance policies that prioritize ethical innovationConduct data maturity assessments and capability evaluations to inform measurable progressFacilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops to assess pain points and define strategic initiativesEvaluate and enhance existing data processes, tools, and governance frameworks to drive continuous excellenceStrategic Leadership & Business DevelopmentAct as a key client partner, building long-term relationships grounded in trust and shared successContribute to thought leadership initiatives, as well as identify opportunities for new business and participate in proposal development that aligns with client needs and impact potentialProvide strategic recommendations, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business valuePractice & Capability DevelopmentMentor junior team members, supporting talent development, and contribute to a culture of growth, collaboration, and leadership at all levelsManage and enhance Paradigm Technology’s Data & AI Strategy and Advisory offerings by refining methodologies and frameworks to reflect evolving client prioritiesDesign and deliver training programs on data strategy and data governance that embed ethics and shared learningQualifications:7+ years of experience in Data Governance or Data Management, preferably involving Informatica solutionsStrong understanding of Data Management frameworks (DAMA DMBOK, DCAM) and Data Governance principlesProven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing client engagementsExperience in data maturity assessments, target-state design, and policy formulationBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Management, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or a related fieldDallas–Fort Worth metro area residency; ability to be Onsite with clients 3 days per weekThe ideal candidate will have proven experience with Data Governance Ownership and Enterprise Operational Data, preferably involving Informatica solutionsHands-on experience with Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC) or Informatica Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC), is preferredInformatica Certifications are preferredExperience in Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, or Asset Management) is preferred Why Join ParadigmAt Paradigm, integrity drives innovation.
