Human Resources & EHS serves as a strategic business partner responsible for leading HR and EHS initiatives that support organizational performance and manufacturing excellence.\n\nStrategic Development\n\nLead recruitment, onboarding, retention, and succession planning initiatives.\n\nDevelop leadership development, training, and performance management programs.\n\nBuild talent pipelines that support future organizational growth.\n\nEmployee & Labor Relations\n\nFoster positive employee relations through visible leadership and engagement.\n\nLead investigations, conflict resolution, and policy administration.\n\nPromote a respectful, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.\n\nCompensation, Benefits & Compliance\n\nSupport competitive compensation and benefits programs.\n\nEnsure compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements.\n\nOversee workers’ compensation, leave administration, audits, and HR governance.\n\nProvide leadership and oversight for workplace safety initiatives and environmental compliance programs.\n\nChampion workplace safety and regulatory compliance.\n\nPromote a proactive safety culture through accountability and continuous improvement.\n\nIDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE\n\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.\n\n5-10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in manufacturing.\n\nExperience leading or partnering closely with Environmental Health & Safety programs.\n\nStrong background in talent management, employee relations, engagement and retention initiatives, HRIS, workforce analytics, compensation, compliance, and organizational development.\n\nBusiness acumen with the ability to influence plant leadership and drive organizational performance through people strategies.\n\nProfessional HR and/or EHS certifications (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, PHR, ASP, CSP, etc.) strongly preferred.\n\nKEY PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES\n\nStrategic, collaborative, and business-minded leader with high integrity.\n\nData-driven decision maker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nHands-on leader who builds trust and credibility
