This position is at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) supporting the Naval Systems Engineering and Logistics Directorate (SEA 05).\nCurrently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Jr. Program Office Analyst to join our team in Washington, D.C.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nWorks on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.\nCollects data and prepares organization-wide project status reports and analysis.\nParticipates in individual projects to provide technical or business assessments, research, and problem resolution.\nAssists project teammates with guidance for documentation, training, and best practices.\nCoordinates efforts to optimize cross-project resources.\nParticipates in the financial and schedule assessment of completed projects and the development of future project roadmaps.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in business or a related field.\nOne (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with the US Navy, including on active duty, government civilian, or support contractor.\nExperience working with technical authority (e.g., NAVSEA 05).\nExperience working with US Navy Program Managers in an analyst role.\nClearance Requirements:\nMust be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance prior to starting this position.\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $57,200-$94,600. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation. ManTech’s benefits offerings include, dependent upon position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, Short Term and Long Term Disability, Retirement and Savings, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs as well as other optional benefit elections.\nFor all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
