The IT Program Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating complex IT programs and projects from planning through implementation. The ideal candidate is an experienced IT leader with strong project management expertise, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional teams.\nJob Responsibilities:\nLead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent IT projects and initiatives.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with Government customers, stakeholders, technical teams, and corporate leadership.\nAnticipate customer needs, proactively address program challenges, and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and mission outcomes.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and performance metrics.\nManage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.\nCoordinate activities across technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership.\nMonitor program performance and provide regular status reports, dashboards, and executive-level briefings.\nEnsure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with established requirements and quality standards.\nLead project meetings, stakeholder discussions, and technical coordination activities.\nManage and mentor project managers, technical leads, and other program resources as applicable.\nSupport IT modernization, system implementations, cloud initiatives, infrastructure upgrades, cybersecurity, and other technology projects.\nEnsure compliance with organizational IT policies, security requirements, and project management standards.\nIdentify opportunities to improve IT processes, service delivery, and operational efficiency.\nManage vendor and contractor performance and ensure contractual deliverables are met.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Project Management, or a related field.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification required.\n7+ years of progressive experience managing IT projects or programs, including experience leading complex technical initiatives and cross-functional teams.\nExperience managing a Federal Government IT services contract.\nDemonstrated experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.\nBroad understanding of enterprise IT environments, including infrastructure, applications, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and IT service management.\nExperience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.\nStrong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nKnowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.\nExperience supporting IT modernization, infrastructure, or enterprise application initiatives.\nExperience developing executive-level reports, presentations, project dashboards, and performance metrics.\nCompTIA Security+\nCompTIA Network+ and/or A+\nITIL Foundation or higher\nCertified ScrumMaster (CSM) or other Agile/Scrum certification\nmPower, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
