The right candidate will repair, upgrade, maintain test and semiconductor-related manufacturing equipment. This candidate will also select, order, and expedite equipment and parts that are most appropriate and cost-effective for the maintenance of production equipment. In addition, the candidate will be required to study equipment performance and reliability and help establish programs and solutions for decreasing down-time for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process.\n\n#ZR\nRequirements/Qualifications:\nAEET, or equivalent 2-year degree\nExperience in manufacturing or test equipment repair\nAbility to read, write and communicate in English.\nStrong working knowledge of electronics a must as well as good mechanical aptitude.\nAbility to troubleshoot to the component level.\nExperience in the use of DC test equipment a must.\nAbility to interface between production and other engineering personnel to solve issues related to manufacturing equipment.\nAbility to study equipment performance and reliability and help establish programs and solutions for decreasing down-time for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process.\nAbility to use MS Office\nMust exhibit proficiency interfacing with vendors and equipment manufacturers\nU.S. Citizenship/Permanent Residency requirements as outlined below:\nThis job requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by the export laws of the United States.
