This role will play a vital part in supporting audits, improving control maturity, and driving policy alignment with frameworks like SOC2, ISO 27001, and SOX.\r\nWhat You'll DoPartner closely with stakeholders in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Security, IT, Accounting, and Data Center Operations to identify and manage risk, build scalable controls, and maintain audit readiness across the supply chain.\r\nDevelop and maintain policies and procedures governing hardware asset management, data disposal, inventory tracking, and vendor compliance.\r\nMonitor and assess compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and SOX requirements across supply chain and data center operations.\r\nEstablish KPIs to track and improve control effectiveness, ensuring integration with financial and operational planning.\r\nSupport internal and external audits by collecting evidence, mapping controls, and tracking remediation efforts. Partner with Accounting, GRC, Legal, Security, Engineering, and Data Center Operations teams to align supply chain and manufacturing processes with enterprise risk and compliance programs.\r\nDrive process improvements, automation, and documentation to increase control reliability and reduce audit friction.\r\nPerform risk assessments across procurement, logistics, and end-of-life processes; track and escalate findings as needed.\r\nAssist with vendor due diligence and compliance monitoring for third-party suppliers and service providers.\r\nWork with functional stakeholders to manage business process and technology roadmaps in support of a long-term strategy.\r\nAbility to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive collaboration between supply chain, operations, and technology teams.\r\nExcellent problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.\r\nDeep experience in risk management (identifying process gaps, assessing compliance risks, and driving risk mitigation strategies).\r\nYouBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field. Certifications like CISA, CISM, or ISO Lead Auditor are a plus.\r\n3+ years of experience in compliance, supply chain operations, process improvement, or internal auditideally within hardware-intensive or tech infrastructure companies.\r\nStrong understanding of SOC2, ISO 27001, SOX, or similar control frameworks.\r\nExperience working with supply chain systems such as ERP, WMS, QMS, or asset tracking systems.\r\nFamiliarity with hardware lifecycle management, from sourcing through disposal.\r\nStrong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex compliance issues into actionable insights.\r\nAttention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\r\nNice to haveExperience in data center environments or hyperscale infrastructure\r\nKnowledge of secure data destruction policies and ITAD vendor management\r\nExposure to asset finance or lease compliance controls.\r\nUnderstand full asset life cycle and asset depreciation.\r\nExperience with data analytics, automation, and AI-driven supply chain solutions.\r\nExperience in cloud or infrastructure procurement, deployment, and accounting processes.\r\nSalary Range InformationBased on market data and other factors, the annual salary range for this position is $82,000 to $119,000.
