Technical writing of PM’s, PM reviews, PM modifications, Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Failure Mode and Criticality Analysis (FMCA), management of Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS).\nIdentify cost improvement opportunities.\nOversee activities directly related to providing services.\nTrain employees on Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Reliability technologies, Maintenance planning and CMMS systems\nPreserve MENTOR Technical Group as the preferred provider for reliability services.\n\nSpecific Duties, Activities and Resposabilities\n\nEstablish, monitor and report metrics for customer service levels and key business indicators for the division\nDirect the training and performance evaluations of reliability, maintenance planning and CMMS staff and oversee their activities.\nManage accounts efficiently, and accurately, providing solutions to clients, while identifying and prioritizing opportunities for project continuity and/or the creation of new accounts.\nManage Asset Management improvement project across the division.\nStandardize Reliability Operations practices across Mentor Operations\nMonitor Customer Service Satisfaction and take steps to increase to highest level.
