Excel experts (wizards) are encouraged to apply!\n\nAs a BI Associate, you dive into large semi-structured and unstructured datasets to identify sensitive information, building the Excel models, dashboards, and reports that turn raw data into reliable results. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role for someone who lives in Excel and takes pride in getting the data right.\n\nJob Summary: The BI Associate reviews and analyzes large data files and datasets to ensure accuracy, compliance, and relevance with legal, regulatory, and operational standards. This role centers on cleaning and extracting information from semi-structured and unstructured data, identifying sensitive information, and maintaining strict confidentiality throughout.\n\nCompensation:\n\n$22-$25 hourly wage depending on experience. Bonus and equity earned based on performance\nEligible for company benefits (medical, dental, vision, and more details provided during the interview process)\n\nTypical Schedule:\n\nOnsite in Reston, VA (in‑office presence required)\nFull-time role with standard operating hours M-F 9-5:30. This position may require the employee to remain in the office beyond standard working hours until all essential duties and assignments are completed.
