CPS Outdoors combines design, engineering, craftsmanship, and strong field experience to create durable, cohesive outdoor spaces that elevate how people live.Role Description The Construction Superintendent is a full-time, on-site role based in Palm Beach, FL, responsible for overseeing daily field operations on luxury outdoor living and aquatic construction projects. This role coordinates subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and deliveries to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to CPS Outdoors’ quality standards. The Construction Superintendent monitors construction progress, resolves on-site issues, and ensures adherence to plans, specifications, and building codes. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising crews, enforcing safety protocols, managing site logistics, and maintaining a clean and organized job site. The role also involves communicating regularly with project managers, designers, clients, and inspectors to provide updates, clarify details, and support successful project delivery from mobilization through final punch list.Qualifications Strong Construction Site Management skills, including supervising field crews, coordinating subcontractors, and managing day-to-day site logistics.Demonstrated commitment to Construction Safety, with experience implementing safety plans, conducting toolbox talks, and enforcing OSHA and company safety standards.Excellent Organization Skills, including scheduling, documentation, materials tracking, and maintaining accurate daily reports.Experience with Budgeting and cost control, including tracking labor and materials, reviewing change orders, and supporting efficient use of resources.Proven Project Management capabilities, including planning work sequences, maintaining timelines, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.Prior experience in high-end residential or commercial construction; aquatic, pool, or outdoor living construction experience is strongly preferred.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and engineering details, including structural and MEP plans.Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and team members.Proficiency with basic construction technology tools (e.g., project management software, email, smartphones/tablets for field documentation
