RN Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator

Job Title: RN Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator III Location : Atlanta, GA (On-site) Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $65,500 - $82,100 annually (based on experience) Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage clinical research studies in compliance with protocols, GCP, and regulatory guidelines Screen, recruit, and enroll eligible study participants Obtain informed consent and ensure patient understanding of study procedures Perform clinical assessments, collect specimens, and document patient data accurately Monitor patient safety and report adverse events as required Collaborate with physicians, sponsors, and research teams to ensure smooth study execution Maintain study documentation, including regulatory binders and source documents Ensure adherence to IRB, FDA, and institutional guidelines Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred Minimum 3+ years of clinical research experience Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical trial processes Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple studies and priorities effectively Preferred Qualifications Experience in endocrinology, diabetes, or related therapeutic areas Prior experience in a coordinator-level or senior research role Why Join Us Competitive salary and benefits Opportunity to work on impactful clinical research Collaborative and supportive team environment Career growth and development opportunities
