The position partners closely with government stakeholders, analysts, operational users, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure mission objectives are met. You will also help identify growth opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and drive program health across schedules, budgets, risks, and execution.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $185,000 – $210,000 annuallyResponsibilities Lead a portfolio of U.S. national security remote sensing programs with responsibility for all performance metrics. Develop and maintain program plans, budgets, and risk registers, and provide assessments of program health to leadership. Build trusted relationships with government and intelligence customers to serve as a primary interface. Engage with analysts and operational users to gather insights for program improvements and new capabilities. Partner with cross-functional teams for the reliable execution of missions and product delivery. Establish KPIs and proactively drive corrective actions on program performance. Identify growth opportunities and serve as the voice of the customer within the organization.Qualifications Bachelor's or graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related STEM or business field. 5-8+ years of program management or technical leadership experience in aerospace, defense, intelligence, or national security space programs. Active TS/SCI security clearance with a read-in within the past two years. Proven ability to lead complex technical or operational programs and cross-functional teams. Experience managing program financials, schedules, and customer relationships.
